Refund Policy

1. No Refund After Access Granted
Once study material, login credentials, or course access is provided, NO REFUND will be issued.
This includes:
- After you have logged into the portal
- After study material has been downloaded or viewed
- After form submission has started
- After documents have been uploaded
2. Refund Eligibility (Before Access)
If you have paid but not yet received any course access or login credentials, you may request a refund within 24 hours of payment.
- Processing fee deduction: ₹200 + GST (non-refundable)
- Remaining amount will be refunded after deduction.
- Refund requests after 24 hours will not be entertained.
3. Duplicate Payment
In case of accidental duplicate payment (same user, same service, same amount within 5 minutes):
- The extra amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after verification.
- You must provide both transaction IDs and payment proofs.
- No deduction will be applied for duplicate payment refunds.
4. Technical Issues from Our Side
If the course or form submission portal is completely unavailable due to our technical fault for more than 7 consecutive days:
- A pro-rata refund may be considered at our sole discretion.
- You must notify us within 3 days of the issue starting.
- Minor technical glitches or scheduled maintenance do not qualify for refund.
5. IIBF/DRA Exam Fee
We do not collect IIBF exam fees directly. If you have paid us for exam registration assistance, that fee is for our service, not the actual IIBF exam fee.
- Any refund related to IIBF exam registration must be claimed directly from IIBF as per their rules.
- We are not responsible for IIBF exam cancellations, rescheduling, or fee refunds.
6. 8-Day Submission Window & Refund
Important: You have exactly 8 days from payment date to complete your form submission.
- If you fail to complete/submit your form within 8 days, no refund will be issued.
- If your documents are rejected and you do not re-upload within the 8-day window, no refund will be issued.
- Extension of deadline is only possible in exceptional cases at management's sole discretion.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email us at: support@yourdomain.com with subject line:
"REFUND REQUEST – [Order ID / Transaction ID] – [Your Mobile Number]"
Include the following attachments:
- Payment screenshot / bank statement
- Transaction ID / Order ID
- Registered mobile number and email
- Reason for refund request
8. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking).
- For UPI payments, refund may take 3-5 additional days depending on your bank.
- You will receive a confirmation email once refund is initiated.
9. Non-Refundable Items
- GST amount (18%) paid to government
- Payment gateway charges (2-3% of transaction amount)
- Processing fees (₹200 + GST)
- Study material download/view access
- Form filling assistance after submission started
- Document verification service after first submission
10. Force Majeure
No refund will be issued for delays or non-performance caused by:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, lockdowns
- Government restrictions, internet outages
- IIBF server downtime or policy changes
- Payment gateway technical issues
11. Fraud or Policy Violation
If you are found violating any terms (fake documents, duplicate accounts, sharing credentials, chargeback fraud):
- Your account will be permanently suspended.
- No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- Legal action may be taken as applicable.
