Terms and Conditions - IIBF & DRA Certification Portal

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking & Finance) and/or DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification course through this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration or payment.

2. Eligibility Criteria

For DRA certification: Minimum 10+2 pass or equivalent as per IIBF norms.
For IIBF certification: As per IIBF official guidelines.
You are responsible for providing accurate personal, educational, and document details.
False or incorrect information may lead to cancellation of registration without any refund.

3. Course Access & Submission Deadline

Important Deadline Rule: After successful payment, you have 8 days to complete your form submission (including document uploads). After 8 days, the submission window expires and you will need to contact support.

Study material, mock tests, and video lectures (if provided) are valid for 3 months from payment date.
Login credentials are non-transferable and confidential.
If your documents are rejected by admin, you must re-upload within the 8-day window.
After 8 days, no further edits or re-uploads are allowed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be made through the available online payment gateway (PayU).
After successful payment, a PDF invoice will be sent to your registered email.
All prices are inclusive of GST as applicable.
Training + Exam bundles are available at discounted prices.
IIBF exam fee is collected separately if you select exam service.

5. Form Submission & Document Upload

You must fill all mandatory fields and upload required documents (photo, signature, ID proof, Aadhar, marksheet).
Accepted document formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, GIF (max 5MB per file).
Admin will review your form and documents within 5-7 working days.
If rejected, you will receive remarks and must re-upload/submit within the remaining deadline.
Once Approved, no further changes are allowed.

6. Additional Services Registration

After successful payment for one service, you can register for additional services (e.g., Training + Exam, IIBF + DRA).
Additional services require separate payment as per pricing.
Each service has its own 8-day submission deadline from its respective payment date.

7. IIBF/DRA Exam Registration

This platform provides preparatory material, form filling assistance, and document verification only.
Actual exam registration with IIBF must be done separately by the candidate as per IIBF notifications.
We are not responsible for IIBF exam center allotment, admit card delays, or IIBF policy changes.

8. User Conduct

Do not share, copy, or distribute study material without written permission.
Do not upload fake or forged documents.
Any misuse of the learning management system may result in permanent ban without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee 100% success in the DRA or IIBF exam. Results depend on individual effort and preparation.
We are not liable for any technical issues on IIBF's website or exam portal.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you to us.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
